ASTAV, inc. "ASTAV" was formed in July 2003 with the expressed intent of creating a company dedicated to protecting other companies and individuals against abusive practices emanating from the Internet, that is, transactions without mutual consent at best, and criminal intent at worst. The aim of ASTAV is to stop PHISHING attacks, to eliminate BOTS, and rid the Internet of SPAM
